Great location near TU Berlin, railway station and Kurfurstendamm. Convenient transportation links and vibrant square with restaurants nearby. Spacious, comfortable room with high ceilings and small veranda. Clean and tidy with pleasant staff. Good breakfast selection.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable facilities. The location was perfect, away from the bustling city center but still close to the zoo and public transportation. The breakfast provided was a great option, eliminating the need to find a place to eat in the morning. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The location was excellent, with the U-bahn station just a 5-minute walk away. The bathroom was excellent, with a luxurious bath. The staff, especially the woman on reception, provided lovely service and were always helpful and smiling. We also appreciated the complimentary luggage storage while waiting for our room to be ready. we had a great experience at Novum Hotel Gates Berlin Charlottenburg.

The room was spacious and the hotel was located near to a train station. Near restaurants and cafes, it was a bonus.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the S Bahn and the zoo. The excellent public transport system makes it convenient to explore the rest of the city. The rooms are spacious and the beds are of good quality. The customer service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff.

One downside is that there is no bar or TV room for social gathering.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size for my family. The hotel was in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the U Bahn station and close to many popular city locations. We were also impressed with the quick and friendly service from the staff, who were accommodating and went out of their way to help us when there was a mix-up with our reservation. the hotel provided a luggage storage area for us on our last day, a convenient bonus.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, uncomfortable when the weather was warmer. We had to rely on fans, but they were not very powerful and could have been improved.

Good location, clean and comfortable room, quiet atmosphere, good value for money, great staff, easy to find.

This hotel in a quiet area with lots of great restaurants nearby is a hidden gem. The staff is attentive and friendly, making our stay all the more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with all facilities included. Plus, the tea making facilities in the room were a nice touch. We were also impressed by the value for money, as the prices were reasonable for such a central location in Berlin.

All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations.
